CRC Montréal

Montréal's largest focus group facility, CRC Montréal is a stylish, modern and spacious facility nestled in the heart of downtown. The facility features 5 rooms, including a room dedicated to one-on-ones. Shopping, hotels and restaurants are all within walking distance, and the facility has its own underground parking. In off peak hours, it will take approximately 20 minutes to get from Montréal's Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport and about 45 minutes during rush hour.

CRC Montréal was the only facility in the city to be "top ranked" by Impulse for 2008 and has achieved top ranking for 4 consecutive years.

The facility offers webstreaming through Focus Vision and Active Group, with expanded FocusVision services such as VideoMarker. With VideoMarker, your qualitative research is recorded on a CD-ROM that is encoded with editing software allowing you to easily create video clips and export them into PowerPoint documents. CRC is currently the only provider of VideoMarker in Canada.

Sessions can be recorded in a variety of formats, including MP3, DVD or VHS. Each focus group room has a separate translation booth; audio in the viewing rooms and all recordings can be in the native or translated language.

The facility is fully equipped for taste tests, car clinics and other product evaluations. Boardroom, classroom, computer lab or living room style settings can all be easily accommodated.

All staff and hosts at CRC Montréal are fluently bi-lingual.
