Product Testing

Whether it's an ice cream taste test, pizza sampling or a radio listening survey for hundreds, CRC Research can take care of all your product testing needs.

Central Location

CRC has extensive experience in conducting Central Location Tests, including music surveys/radio listening, taste tests and product evaluations. We have our own test kitchen and our staff is certified to serve alcohol. Very large numbers can be accommodated.

For full-service tests, all equipment will be provided (if necessary, through rental firms), and data analysis service is available. For client-run tests, we are happy to provide recruiting and logistical support only.

Usability Testing

Website evaluation is available to clients both in facility (configuring monitors in the viewing room) or by remote viewing. In either configuration, clients can view a respondent's progress through a website on a click-by-click basis.

In-Home Usage Tests

Tap into our national database of respondents who are keen to evaluate products in their own homes, or in a natural usage environment. CRC can coordinate shipping of product, administration of questionnaires, tabulation of results, and management of incentives.
